hi, side effects can take up to 3 months to go as far as i know. some people seem lucky in that their body didnt absorb too much of this stuff, so as soon as the mirena is out, they feel better very quickly. Others, unfortunately take quite a bit longer. You could try detoxing your liver by drinking dandelion root or leaf infusion. Drink loads of water too, and just try to stick to a good cleansing diet of plenty of fresh vegetables and berries, and small amounts of protein only, in the form of oily fish and lean meat . You could also maybe try to find a reputable herbalist to help you, if after 3 months, you are not feeling a lot better. I do hope you get better soon though, let us know how you get on. x
