years ago, one thing i did was get the Joe Land tapes i saw on tv. they had weight loss and appetite control. they were powerful and worked excellent. in fact, they said they had to actually tone down the appetite control because people were not eating at all. they are subliminal, but were different than other tapes because they had 100,000 to 125,000 messages per hour as opposed to 10,000. so they actually worked and others didn't. you can still get them. i highly recommend them. you can get tapes or CD. they are inexpensive and have price breaks if you buy 3 or 6. they have a money back guarantee.
