it is my 4th day too . when i woke up i was felling cold sweat and dizy spell. my husband asked me to break the fast . but after swf i felt fine and told him i am going to keep it. iam aiming for 7-10 days see how i feel. good thoghts are starting with clean body clean mind. keep it up.
