Hi. I tried the salt flush this morning and it did nothing at all. I have been using Nature's Secret Super Cleanse for the Colon instead of the tea, and took them last night. This morning I drank the water, and it wasn't that bad for me. But I never had a bowel movement. Later in the day I got really dizzy and had to take a nap. Because of the cleansing effects, I've been getting between 5 and 6.5 hours of sleep / night and perhaps that is the reason for the dizziness. Or, it is detox.

I was hesitant to do it again a few hours later as that is a lot of salt water in one day.

What do you think? Maybe I am dehydrated.
