I just recently found your blog and am excited about all the dishes and recipes you post here. Yea! I am almost finished with my 30 day juice /water fast (Day 27) and want to eat similar to this after I have completed the fast. There's a lot of work ahead of me with maintaining my weight and then continuing to lose the last 30 lbs. Thanks for posting all this wonderful information. Your progress has been an inspiration to read.
