Thank you! I feel the same way about you. Most the people I started with dropped out and now there are new people, which is great but I've noticed from past blogs, a lot of people quit around the one week mark. You'll keep posting post-fast, right? I've been looking at so many different nutritional programs. It's confusing! Eat To Live by Joel Fuhram looks like a great way to break the fast. Well see...the world of food kind of scares me a bit right now! ;)
