I am very guilty of this - but only during this juice fast for some reason. I've tossed out my scale a couple times. It's good for a "reality check" when you're gaining weight but I agree, not very useful for weight loss. In fact it can have the opposoite effect: the scale doesn't move. OK. This isn't working. Might as well have that cheeseburger.
