Ha~! I am with you...wouldn't want someone to
open me up and say, yep, here's another one
full of sh-t.

Detour, if you remember, began having substantial
BMs late in the game due to his upping his cayenne.
I know you have been diligent in getting more in.
Perhaps that helped. I'm back to my 1/4th teaspoon
but may up it in a day or two. Once it begins to
make my guts cramp I back off.

Hope your teeth feel better too~~if you continue
the bloody lugees, perhaps a medicinal oil pull
like Pepe said would help. ;0
