Thanks for the support. In past cleanses I don't recall these types of BMs so far into a cleanse, but I'm not complaining. It's said that autopsys have shown that individuals have between 5 and 45 pounds of old fecal matter in there bodies. I would prefer to be on the lower end of that scale. I am convinced that the old debris in our bodies is a major cause of diseases and can limit us in so many ways. Be well.
