Hi Pepe,

Like you, I too like to stick to the protocol. I had already planned on oil pulling after I complete this cleanse along with giving the neti pot a shot to try and keep my sinuses clear for good. I fly back to the U,S. June 17, I live and work in Germany, so unfortunatly I will have to end this cleanse by day 24 or 25. As you know, the new rules on flying don't allow liquids to be carried on. I like the idea of switching to juice after a longer cleanse. First I will have to come off this cleanse properly, and once I'm back in Washington State, I may try and continue on with juice fasting for a week or two. Thanks for the input.
