And fasting one day a week is very healthy. It resets your stomach and definitely helps rest the digestive system and keeps you slim. Stick to one day and keep it up, so the body gets used to it.
Don't worry. It's not radical. American ways of eating or general western ways are radically unhealthy, leading to tons of heart disease, diabetes and cancer. So why not try a few different ways!?
