Thank you so much. Your journal is something I read almost everyday. Reading your struggles and triumphs has been a wonderful inspiration. I'm so glad you kept posting after your juice fast also so we can all see that it's possible to continue weight loss after the fast. You should be proud..you made it past your initial goal weight(s) of 150-140. You're at 136! Or is it lower now?! Amazing.
