you must feel wonderful and so proud, excellent work keep it up. i have been toying with fasting lately and its not really working out for me. but when i read your blog i remember the feelings i had on the fast and the amazing sense of accomplishment. cant wait to keep reading your journey. happiness and sunshine to you!
