youre doing fabulous! i just finished the master cleanse and day 4 was the day of satan so be careful...but after day 6 it got easier.

What kind of juices are u juicing? you should not drink coffee while fasting. It defeats the ourpose....but i understand the smoking thing, thats stuff is a bitch to give up...but u know u have to right? sooner or later...best to do it now than 10 years from now.

Anyhoo, youre doing great and what are you drinking anyway? are u doing the enemas too?
