thanks for the suggestions.
I used to overexercise until age 26 and it was so unhealthy. And on top of that my body is slimmer and more beautiful now that I only work out maybe 45 min. per day 5 days a week.
Please don't water fast. I've heard such bad stuff about it. Try to juice fast instead. And a body that has been starved and stripped of nutrients needs some vitamins and minerals. A body that is lacking vital nutrients holds onto everything you eat. And as long as you don't nourish it your weight loss will be for nothing. And you harm your body, too.
I haven't had a full blown eating disorder in 6 years but it comes up every few months for 2 days or so when I feel very anxious. Otherwise I eat really well.
I think water fasting is for those who are very healthy in the first place because it'll release too many toxins and you have nothing to bind with them if you are not.
I've tried a colonic twice and I cannot stand it. I think it is too abrasive on the body and I am trying to be soothing and kind to mine. But I do enemas with camomile tea when I juice fast.
I actually ordered the infrared sauna and am excited about it. Might take a while to come though.)-:
Sorry if I am bombarding you with all my ideas since you only wrote to support me. But I couldn't let you do this without giving some of my mind.
