I just want to say thank you for posting your results from both of your cleanses. I am personally on my second day of my first cleanse and I think it is going well so far, but your blogs have helped a lot. I love you enthusiasm, it really makes me believe that I can do this.
One question concerning BMs and working. Yesterday instead of doing the SWB I simply drank laxative tea which only resulted in one BM later in the day. You mentioned that with the SWB you were getting one every 5 minutes. For how long of a period did this go on? Or, I guess what I am trying to say, how did you time work into it?
