I am glad you read my blog, it is very uplifting to see that.
I would like to inform you, however, that I am a 'devout athiest' who only writes of Jesus because of his realm of influence, my refereance to him is not done 'as a follower'. He was a good man, too bad so much trouble arose from misguided followers of his...
JC had some good teachings, and even as an athiest I can still partake in the wisdom of his words, however basic they are and no matter that anyone with a sense of morality would say those same things at any time, no godly influence needed.
Same thing with the bible - why not take whats good from it? [- and discard the pronouncements of "things otherworldly" that are likely embellishments of real events made to convince the masses of god's existence, and to discard the inaccuracies that occur over the long time and many translations done by coniving conspirators.]
But as for religion[s], I am totally against them. And, I reject any idea of an 'invisible man in the sky', as George Carling put it.
I am just setting the record straight, in case anyone should start to think that writing about Jesus means believing in god... it does not.
