Since pure science is the search for the Absolute Truth; how do they keep coming up with all this conjured up rumor stuff??  Once you stray from the truth you are in error... DUH!! 

Just maybe it is that they have been over come with the largeness of themselves; that they have forgotten the real reason for the efforts...  Then one would be truly lost or completely in error!! 

That is how I see the realm of science and speculation...
