Here is some snow for you...ggg. None here either, but if
we lived up north, it would be a blizzard since the rain is
pouring down. I built a fire and am cozy with my lemonade.
I have never had it hot yet but today may be a first.
Yeah, the cayenne thing...it must be a guy thing...gg.
Detour egged us on and it was a great experiment but my
body would sing at a heaping quarter teaspoon of cayenne
and cry and cramp at a half. At a heaping half, my bum
was on fire and sitting on the throne was no longer any
fun. It was easy for me to step back and reconsider.
I am glad you were able to listen and reconsider. You are
still on top of the cayenne healing just slowing the
run down a bit.
