As always, it's good to hear from you. Your words always provide a boost as well as practical knowledge and inspiration. What brand of molasses do you use? Being that I'm back in Germany, my options are somewhat limited. I could order it online but at this point it's a bit late since I've already started my cleanse. I believe the commisary on the army post here carries Grandma's and Brer Rabbit, but I don't think they are blackstrap. Does that make a difference? If not, perhaps I'll pick up a bottle and give it a try.
