Reflecting back on past successes is always helpful.
The good news is that each cleanse is unique and so
you may find that you may not have the detox symptoms
that you had the first go. I never had any of the major
detox days although certain days, the energy to get up
and dance just was not there.

I did use a spoon of unsulphured blackstrap molasses
the last cleanse. I averaged a tablespoon a day and it
was so full of minerals that when I was craving anything,
it stopped a craving in its track. It was one of the
modifications I will keep since it did make a huge difference
and was allowed in the book too.

I admire that you are going to cleanse during the holidays.
I am still on the fence as to my timing since I now learned
my neighbors are off for two weeks and it may be a good time
to be cheerful. My daughter gifted me with a bottle of habanero
wine I would not mind sharing with them since they too are
hot-heads...ggg. Yeah, about the pepper, working up to a higher
amount is still a good idea. When my bum begins to burn is where
I put my personal limit. I found a nice shaker with a lid and
so have been incorporating cayenne in my diet on a daily basis
so imagine my tolerance is still great. Otherwise, those baby
steps to that red glow in the lemonade may be needed.

Hmmm...if you were eating red beans, that would be soooo yummy
with a hefty sprinkling of the *good* cayenne...ggg.

Best of luck with your cleanse...I am going to juice on monday
when company will finally have left. I feel selfish jumping into
a cleanse while they are here and so have modified my own wishes
although having the bags chilling does remind me that the best
gift I can give myself this season is the inner resolution to
continue to support my pathwork to optimal health. That all I see
when I open 2 of our 3 fridges is oranges is a good thing...ggg.

I hope that your path forward is as productive as the path you
traveled your last cleanse...

blessings,
Zoe
