I am nurse in the county hospital. We used to hear all kinds of stuff from about 2-4am. We would round in groups..lol. Call lights turning on in empty rooms,crying and even our names being called out when all of the patients were sound asleep. Places where people make the transition to the other side seem to have alot of activity.
