Hi, Hope you do well with your master cleanse.
I am on day 4 of the MC. I had to bail out on my first attempt at the MC due to massive caffeine withdrawal. This is my second try at the MC. I picked up a bottle of No Doz (caffeine tablets) and plan to use them as needed. On day one I took 1 tablet. Day 2 I took 1 tablet. Days 3 & 4 only 1/2 tablet. I hope to be off the caffeine in a day or so. I usually drink 6-8 cups of coffee every day.
