It's my second day on the Master Cleanse and I didn't realize I only put 1 tsp of salt in the lukewarm water until I read it again. The first day I did it right. But I'm a little discouraged since I messed up today. I was wondering why the bowel movement wasn't as much as it was yesterday. Did I mess up big time?
