This is a lovely holiday story.
It answers the question,
"Why am I alive?" when I feel sick.
It is as this story says,
to have the experience of compassion
to reach out to someone else.


I felt like I was reading a Chicken Soup
for the Soul story that will appear in the
Disabled book, when they do that one.

I felt a little jealous, seeing what a lovely
natural beautiful style you have to express yourself.

I sense you are going far with this kind of easy to
read style of writing.

I am remembering the touching story your daughter
wrote last Holidays--about the Tree. I believe
it is on your blog.

being a good writer must run in your family.

Congratulations and wishing you and yours
and lovely Thanksgiving time, however
you celebrate that.

I hear some cultures--
as in Africa--fast and go inward
on Thanksgiving.
