Project Paperclip maybe? (The secret CIA project that legally brought some 600-700 Nazi scientists and doctors to the U.S. after WWII -- and the CIA was born, filled with secret Nazi experiments and Nazi ways of thinking.) Hitler used to put fluoride in the water of the prisons. There is something in the fluoride that affects a certain part of the brain, numbing it and making people more pliable to being controlled. Fascists wanted to control the masses and as we know were very Machiavellian in their methods. As a country we've been getting "dumbed down" for a long, long time -- and not just through the water.
