thanks for the post and all the wonderful advice. it has really made me think about looking into seeing a naturpath. i have considered the liver flush but i am a bit nervous. to be honest i didnt really fast for the cleansing aspect it was more the weigth. but once i got into it i really started to want to take care of my body and i no longer underestimate what i feed it. i have some thinking to do in regards to live flush. again thanks for taking the time.
