The mango was unplanned. An unexpected gathering and a ripe mango. I was weak. I have done the liver flush after MC for at least 10 days, and I would not do it again ever unless I knew my intestines were pretty clean. And give myself at least a weekend to recover. It is a wretched experience. And makes me gag at olive oil smell for months afterward. But it does work, even though the days immediately following I felt extremely ill and was basically bed ridden when not on the toilet. I used the extra virgin olive oil and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. Not sure I was ever happier for something to end. Fasting is easier by a long shot.
