I had been so good with replying to comments and then I just kind of went off track with it. Time to get back on track.

Indeed, I'm also glad you reminded me about carrot juice. I've been doing lots of juicing, but mostly fruits. Will do carrot next time I go to the co-op. I just love the way our local co op does juices. Their Blue Krishna drink is absolutely out of this galaxy.
