Are you in Florida or Southern CA?

I live in the Northern CA foothills, and its been in the 40's and 50's, with lots of rain, hail and a bit of snow (for weeks!) This is unusual for us, and I can't wait until we get into the 70's and 80's! I'm tired of sweaters and jackets...
