Hi there. In answer to your request for ideas about digesting proteins, I have two thoughts.

Have you taken any sort of probiotics since doing your fasting. They are the friendly bacteria that everyone needs in order to have a balanced and healthy digestive system. One time, after a fast and doing enemas, I started to eat normal foods again, and had bad gas and digestion. I went to a naturalpath and she put me on fermented foods (rejuvalac--a fermented beverage made from wheat berries) which helped replace the friendly bacteria. I ate raw foods, with no protein for two weeks and this fermented beverage and it cleared up my problem. Ann Wigmore, the original advoicate of wheat grass juice also highly recommend rejuvalac. It is easy and cheap to make at home.

Also, I am wondering if your liver is functioning properly. You might want to check on CUREZone under Liver Flush. Donn't know if you know about it, but it is very good part of a lot of people road to health. I am just thinking that your indegestion might be your gallgladder not dealing with the fat in protein. It is thought that gallbaldder problems first start with a congested liver. Anyyway, check on Curezone and Andreas Moritiz website about liver issues and gallbladder issues if you want more info.

Or ask me for more specific links, if you are interested.

Also, you could use the ASKKelly forum, who is a naturalpath on Curezone for advice. She lives near me, so I use her as my naturalpath when I need advice.

Good to hear your doing great! It has a been a long and wonderful and impressive journey for you!
