I just read your blog. Good job! It is an interesting personal experience, don't you think? I always learn more things about myself doing cleanse/fasts. Self improvement is as much or more in my head as in my actions. I love how cleansing helps me get a grip on myself. And reveals my weaknesses. I so hate it when I am rude or nasty tempered. Hope I don't blow at anybody over the next few weeks.
