I did not get one penny, there were no witnesses to my "incident", so the company refused my claim. This happened to a friend of mine just a few months ago, she was injured on the job, made all the necessary reports and was refused because she could not prove it. If I had it to do over again I would have called a lawyer, but I trusted the wrong people, then was too sick and scared to take action.
