you're doing great! just wanted to let you know that i dont feel like 'im walking on air' either. :) i am actually feeling worse the 4th and 5th day than i did at the beginning! hopefully we will both start feeling better soon.
i have found that the more lemondade it drink the more weight i lose. i think this has to do with giving our bodies the minimum calories it needs without it going into starvation mode and storing all those calories as fat. i know it feels like we are starving :) but if we drink at LEAST 6 glasses of lemondade a day (ive been drinking 9) we can help get that caloric need.
(oh, and the mc book says to drink between 6-12 glasses of lemonade and drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day)
