i have being wondering how you are im so glad you are getting back on track it is a hard thing this food issue...mmmm..... but worth the work to feel better and better as you progress but you know what im talkign about. im not someome who will ever find this new life easy and im not even fully raw but i know i am someone who wants to continue to feel good about myself and feel healthy so i will have to constantly monitor and be vigilent unitl maybe one day it will become such a habit that i wont even have to contemplate - but not sure that will happen in my life time....i'm wondering if that is how you feel about it too???
anyway stay strong in boot camp it can be tough but you know that already a wonderful gift to give yourself..health and wellbeing!
