oh im sorry im no expert i wish i could help more i can only talk of my limited experience. i fasted (juice) january of this year for 30 days and eliminated all products other than some natural hair conditioner, toothpast adn soap although the further i got into the fast the less i felt like i needed to use any of these products. i have a slight ezcema condition and skin pigmentation problems- white spots all over my chest and back..(not sure of what your skin problems are sorry!) they totally cleared withing two weeks i mean totally and i found skin brushing very beneficial althougt i will say at the start i did not do it dry i used the brush in the shower. moved to dry after a week or so. i would not like to offer any advice for your condition but can only tell you what worked for mine. unfortunately my condition has returned so i guess it is time for me to work on this again!!! good luck and i hope you achieve all the goals you set and more..for more expert advice try the forums usually someone there can help..but i know for me it is about eliminating all chemicals toxins processed food products etc from my diet/lifestyle that works...mmmm i wonder why! ha!
