A raw guru friend of mine says that salmon is usually the last food raw foodist give up. It was for him, it was for me, and countless others we knew. What we're seeking are the Omega Fatty acids.. I personally love salmon, and would eat it if I could, but my intestines have a hard time tolerating it.
If you'd like to give up the salmon, you could begin eating more macadamia nuts or hemp products.. I think pine nuts and pumpkin seeds are on that list, too.
Wonderful that your tastes are narrowing.. from what I understand, it's natural, and a process that raw foodists eventually go through.
