ggg...must be a detoxing...or going out. I am just not ready to do this cleanse this time and shop unless its a grab and dash, and certainly, I am not inviting company until I get through this. This might change by next week, but for now, the fridge is filled with food again. I tossed the grilled chicken in the freezer but a dozen eggs and fruit (fresh cherries, strawberries, apples), veggies...even cold beers. (rolling my eyes) I will get through it but am focusing on one day at a time until I can not talk myself out of nibbling anything. I have been having weird cravings too...cauliflower piccata which I know is because there is a head of cauliflower in my veggie drawer where there was none...ggg. BUT I am not cheating...ggg
