just read some of your articles which i must say are pretty interesting.
i just thought i'd let you know how HONEY has helped me.
you can guarantee every winter i will suffer from a chest infection, guarantee.
so it was the same old thing, down to the chemist, bottle of the latest medicine, some paracetamol and then when that never worked, down to the GP i'd go after much suffering and he would prescribe antibiotics.
this year i think that i have found an answer,it is HONEY.
ff i've been on the 'water cure' for two years, and i found that through the winter months, even though i waited for the chill to go off the water it would affect the
chest infection that i had. so damn i thought. i took some water that i just boiled
in the kettle, put some of it in a pyrex jug add cold water and i thought yuck here we go and drank some, to my surprise it tasted ok. after that i would take two teaspoons of clear HONEY (the runny one) within a week my chest infection was basically gone. during that week if my chest was sore i would take paracetamol but only when it was sore.
it didn't end there though i also found that the honey improved my energy levels to such a degree that i have taken it every day since.
now i buzz around everywhere i go, LOL.
i'm so pleased for i dont fear a chest infection anymore and my water intake has been rectified. i do hope that what i say will help someone out there, Tom.
