There are lots of them out there so it can be frustrating trying to find the right one. I have done several cleanses that I have picked up from my local health store but never found them to be deep enough. But I must say that my eczema cleared up after completing these cleanses. I just did not feel like my energy level was where it should be but then it could be because I have a 2 year old!! I just recently purchased a colon cleanse and internal cleanse kit from Blessed Herbs.com I have not started it yet because the first part is a 5 day fast and I need 5 days in a row where it is okay to not eat and that is turning out to be a challenge!! But I hope to try it soon. Like you I try to eat all organic foods. If you have never cleansed I bet that doing one would help clear up your skin because you would be ridding yourself of toxins etc. When we get too much unwanted stuff in our bodies sometimes it tries to leave through our skin and that is why we break out and get rashes etc...My advice would be to cleanse, cleanse, cleanse!!
