It sounds like you are trying to go cold turkey with this fasting idea. If you are addicted to food then how will this work for you? It sounds more like you need some energy to keep you busy in your buisness. The success of your buisness should be motivating enough to inspire you to succeed but if you are having trouble concentrating you should search the internet for something to help you concentrate. If you are bored with what you do maybe you need a vacation away from work to relax
