Thanks and yes I do feel and look slimmer, my face is slimmer. Having only lost 14 of at least 75 pounds that I want to loose, I also am dreading the possibility that I'll have loose skin (spring chicken, I'm not). I want to loose the weight, regardless and that is part of the reason for my not doing a longer fast than 9 or 10 days at a time - I do not want to loose so much so fast at such a high weight. I want to give my body / skin time to adjust to each stage. I also know that I will be sacrificing a considerable amount of muscle...this is a temporary price I am willing to pay. I enjoy training with weights at my gym and will continue throughout and after I have lost the weight to reach my weight goals.
