Hi, thanks for the welcome and warm thoughts. I really couldn't comment on your case definitively without seeing the work up. I'm really here more as a fellow patient. Just a few random thoughts: is a transvaginal ultrasound sensitive enough to pick up flukes in the uterine wall? I know it can pick up a thickened endometrium (risk for possible endometrial cancer), so maybe. You'd have to ask your OB/GYN. Removing the worms might involve a D&C, but again, that's a question for your doc. With respect to treatment tricks, I'm open to anything. Apparently, meds didn't work for me either.
