Hello

I am writing because I need a support with my fasting experience. I am going to start tomorrow a long period of fasting. I did 3 day 1 and 3 day fasting before but I could not do a long fast. Now I feel that I need a longer fasting period to control my eating and have a better nutrition style. The problem is I do not feel I can do it with support. No one seems they are able to understand. People do not know much about fasting and they call it 'starvation'. I just wated to say I will be here needing support if there is someone who can help.
