Hi 101157,
good for you on exercising and achieving day 1 of your fast.
I just wanted to comment about your vitamins. When you water fast, (to call it a true water fast), you do not ingest ANYthing, other than water. Also, taking vitamins *unless they are liquid* with just water in your stomach and nothing else, is not body friendly. It Could cause some irritation, which would make your fast very uncomfortable.
Good luck on your fast! Keep on keeping on!
