You are not the one to decide if you are good for him. If he wants to be with you then you are exactly what he needs!! But if you don't want to be with him- then leave. There is no such thing as someone being more valuable than someone else but only each individuals dream which differs in everybody and doesn't need to make sense!!(-: Don't judge yourself. Start dreaming up your highest vision of your life and you deserve having that!
Try the EFT Emotional freedom technique. It helps people rid traumas. You might at first think it's strange, the tapping... but it has worked for so many I know.
If you are feeling down/depressed-don't immediately act on it. Sometimes it's really mostly imbalances of our brain chemistry that can be corrected through cleansing and the right diet. The world seems so different after and it's hard to understand what happened.
