Wonderful! I'm so glad you're using the same plan I intend on using and have maintained the weight loss - even with the treat (that's a good idea for junk food)! I plan on following Fuhrman to the letter (no meat or dairy) for at least the first few weeks to maintain my weight loss. I'm petrified about putting the weight back on. This has been hard work and I still have plenty more to lose. Really good to hear from you vegeymom!
