Hi Katie
You are doing so great! What would I do without you. There isn't so many who make it this long. And I don't like to see everyone around me dropping away, like I'm the last one standing.
I'm also contemplating what healthy diet I'll adopt after the fast. Maybe some raw goat milk kefir, veggie soup, beans, salads.... definitely small quantities and no sugar and hardly any sweeteners like honey or dates. But we'll see. I will eventually post what I've decided on this subject.
I'm glad you're feeling better. The enema can have it's importance while cleansing.Even if it isn't very natural.
