Sometimes just when things seem like they will never get better, they do! I can't make many suggestions right now because first I need to read all of your blog entries so I will understand better just what is causing your pain and also what you have been doing in re diet.
I certainly used to get a lot of pain in my legs and feet and also got them so bad in my shoulder I could not move my arm and would be in pain 24/7. The raw diet helps me with all of these things, but what really helped me a lot also was Flatto's book, "Miracle Exercises That Can Save Your Life." I have only done a couple of the exercises in his book, but one in particular is an overall one that I think helped me get my body aligned back where it should be. It's where you walk on all fours like a primate -- even just not "walking" but getting in that position and swaying forward and backwards a few times a day. It really helped me a lot! Also, I have a lot still to learn about calcium, but some claim they have had bad pains in their bones and joints due to calcium deficiency. That might be another area for you to look at.
