Blog: 40 Day Fast
Well I've made it through the day without lapsing. I feel ok, perhaps ever so slightly weak but generally I'm fine. I don't think I drank enough water today so that's something I need to make sure I do from now on.
So as for my general stats, here they are.
Height - 5'5"
Start Weight - 160 pounds

| I'm drinking 'Smart water' for the added electrolytes. It's helping me so far. I'm on day 2 of my water fast. I've completed a 12 day water fast before on filtered water only, but had to stop because of not enough potassium. The smart water has potassium and so I can keep going. If you need a little boost you might try it.
